The problem with this test is that all the objects are good targets.The idea of a recovery speed test is how the detector recovers from a bad target such as an iron nail.If you put a couple of old rusty nails lengthways in between the coins this will give a better idea of how the detector performs in trashy areas.Most decent detectors on the market today will pass a test like that.

It's still a good Demonstration of what a Good detector should do.I've only used 2 MD in my life,Ace 250 & a bounty hunter.For someone that's never used a higher end detector such as myself, I was Impressed .Makes me wonder how much I'm leaving behind
