Haven't been able to get on line for a few days because of a phone line problem where I am staying. Did get to talk to Mike in Mi to set up a schedule for our hunting together. Will be good to see him again.
Can't remember what I last posted about on my finds. Since I've been in ILL I have found a silver St. Christopher medal with 2 Hockey players in action on the back, a small gold car key charm with a Cadillac emblem on the head of the key, a gold religious medal which is a gold anchor with a ships wheel and a Crucifix on the wheel(quarter size), and Friday another gold ID bracelet in the wood chips. Coins since the 1918 dime are all new stuff. Probably around 18 bux total. Hope to get in the water tomorrow at the old beach and see what I can pop out. There hasn't been a lot of boat traffic since the hike in fuel price but I'm hoping that the Forth of July will bring out a bunch. Raining today but it was nice yesterday. Take care and God Bless.
