how would I resize a picture to put on here

just go to windows paint click on new go to where you keep your pictures click on the one you want. when it comes up click on pixel size put in 800 and it will size it. click on save to where you want to save it to (me Picasa) and when you go to add file in this section click on the resized picture you saved.

I got a simple track phone and can snap and send a picture to any email address, or message it to any other phone. Without all the mumbo jumbo. Now how come? The Technology is and has been there for quite some time. I truly believe that fix this, posting accross the forums would pick up. So the question for many of us isn't how to resize, it's why in today's age, WE got to the resizing?

Tar, I thought that was probably the problem, but wasn't sure. It is kinda funny though. Most of the posts have to do about how different machines could be improved, or new advances in technology, and here We are having to resize. There's young people who can hack into anything out there. It just can't be that hard to fix this.
