How to tell?

I am currently considering an AT Pro and have been reading the posts here and elsewhere. It appears that several upgrades have been done over time. How do I know if I am looking at the newest version before I make a purchase? Is there an easy way to tell?

Cam locks?? How long is the new cuff? Please pardon my ignorance but I am totally new to Garrett products.

Does the new cuff address the breaking problem?

Cam locks are basically screws that tighten the shaft. The oldest version of the AT PRO did not have cam locks, but the newer versions do.
