How to reacquire ML default discrim pattern ?

Haven't found any thing in the manual about reloading the MLab
DEFAULT disc. pattern maybe sometime after using an S1 or S2, etc.
for example.
 
If I reacquire DEFAULT DISC.Pattern will it wipe out what I have
stored in S1 - S6. Sorry for asking these idiot questions but
the SE Pro manual is unclear on this.

No, you will not loose them (at least not on the Explorer II)
