I do the drag the scoop method too. But realistically, since I only get limited vacation time at the beach, there is so much area and so little time that there is no way I will cover it all. My main goal is to not hit the identical same path on the same day while trying to identify the higher activity areas and areas with a deeper cut in the sand.
