How to make pictures smaller

Hey Guys,
I'm having a heck of a time getting pic to download they keep coming in to big any ideas on how to make them smaller. I have 2 really cool finds this year I would love to share with you guys.

Save them to "Pictures" then open them in "Paint".
Click on "Resize" and size then to 800 "Pixels" not percentage.
If you look at my recent post you will see the size they will be at that setting.

There's a couple different ways but after I save them my hard drive I click resize then change the setting to 450 height size. Once I do that the width size changes on its own. If you click on one of Bryce-IL posts you can see that when you click on the pic it will open up to that 450 size. There are other ways too and certain programs already on your computer to help but that was easiest for me. Hope I helped some. :cheers:
