went for a walk today and the dogs found this elk shed. Our wildlife branch insists that there are no elk in our valley..

The dogs were not all that anxious to give up their prize. Mama [that is badger in the picture] and her two daughters are the most mischevious little imps when they want to be.
Ah well; When the kids left home, we missed the pitter patter of little feet....... so we got dogs.
