The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

It's simple! Do the research. I'm selling off some of my treasure library (running out of space). These books have tons of treasure leads and/or info you can use to increase your finds. I'm selling:

Arizona:
ARIZONA'S AMAZING TOWNS- paperback, copyright 1992, 98 pages with lots of pictures. Tells the story of many of Arizona's ghost and not-so-ghost towns. Outstanding condition. $6.00, plus $1.99 shipping.

THE HIKER'S GUIDE TO ARIZONA-paperback, 1987, 150 pages with maps and pics. How-to guide to getting to hard-to-reach places. Excellent conditon. $6.00 plus $1.99 shipping.

CIVIL WAR:
I have three paperback National Park Service Historical Handbooks from the 1960s. 1) Number 10, SHILOH, 2) Number 25, CHICKAMAUGA AND CHATTANOOGA, and 3) Number 31, ANTIETAM. All come packed with pictures and maps and all are in outstanding condition. No, you can't metal detect on the actual battlefields, but you can figure out the routes the armies took to get to and leave the battlefields and if you find their camping spots, you might find a gold mine. $20 for all three, plus $1.99 shipping.

GENERAL INFO:
ROCKS AND MINERALS GUIDE, small handbook on finding and identifying different minerals. 160 pages of facts and pictures. $4.00 plus $1.99 shipping.

MEN TO MATCH MY MOUNTAINS, hardcover 1956 first edition by Irving Stone on the opening of the far west, 1840-1900. 436 pages. This is a classic for western history buffs. In excellent conditon, with original dust jacket. $8.00 plus $1.99 shipping.

GPS-LAND NAVIGATION: paperback 1999. Over 240 pages, pictures and maps on how to use a GPS. If you want to get the most out of your GPS, this is the book for you. Excellent condition. $6.00 plus $1.99 shipping.

THE ROCKS BEGIN TO SPEAK, hardcover from 1973. Signed by the author, but no dust jacket. Over 200 pages on how to interpret desert rock writings or petroglyphs. Many pictures. In very good condition, with minor water damage. $7.00 plus $1.99 shipping.
