showing how i dig so as not to leave a trace of damage to grass. thus keeping favor with the groundskeeper

Very nice job on the retrieval. That looks like a surefire method to leave little to no sign of damage to the turf.

Very good job. I hope newbys see this. I have never used a butter knife before. Great idea. I do use a ground down screwdriver. KEN from Ind.

I am always looking for a better way to dig . its kinda like a game , see how little trace you can leave. the soccer team showed up and busted me in the filed but they could not say a word because no sighn of damage, plus i may just return something for them someday

Just curious as to what purpose the blades of grass serve that are pressed into the slit?

Great technic bud! Thanks for taking the time on that vid.

I like to put a little grass for fertilizer , no big deal . and Yes the silver Umax is the best machine I have ever used in a soccer field and put a clean sweep on it really a great machine for that

I've been using a long heavy-duty screwdriver to stab and pop out targets in mowed areas for some time, but I can't say that my holes look so flawless as yours every time I'm done.
Very professional job you do.

Why are you using your detector upside down? in the video:confused:

Wood chuck the detector is upside down , because i balanced the shaft and it was the only way i could do it . it was light before but its really nice now to swing. but looks goofy
