much less trash, still get some when I know that a coin and a nail are in the same hole. today I dug for a wheat cent at 8 inches, came across 3 nails before getting to the penny signal. count in 2 hours.. pennies, 11 wheat 10 clad. nickles, one buffalo and one Jefferson 1940. other clad, 6 dimes and 2 quarters. using 6" coil and trashy parks. 10 nails as by product.

today's finds

The pull tabs copper brass lead all come with digging most targets. Even though many items made from these metals are junk, the metal itself is not junk. A metal detector doesn't filter between keep-able and non keep-able items, just between good and bad metal. You want to find gold, you will dig pull tabs no way around it. The CTX 3030 has the most advanced technology in HELPING you figure out what to dig with the target trace, and exceptional accuracy with ID numbers.
