How much should a Explorer II go for

Hi all I have a person who is selling a Explorer II with the factory coil and a Sun Ray 5" X-S coil. He told me to make a offer. What is a good offer i should give him in US dollars.
 
What overall cosmetic and condition is it workise...Does it come with a NiMH battery and charger...and acc's that came with it...taking into consideration it comes with a pricey acc. coil and all of the above $700 to $800 probably in the ballpark...Remember their are really nice and really beat units so this can be a major factor...
 
Yes but don't forget you get a $200. pinpointer and a $100.00 plus coil. I would say if you can get it for between $700-800 grab it. .02 I did and now I have one for a back up
 
Ok thanks for the info i guess $800 would be a fair offer the but for another $300 i could have the brand new SE with a 2 year warentee maybe i'll go that route i wonder how much the SE weighs?
