How much is this worth?

I have a 12 pound cannon ball found at a union campsite. It's still live, but my question is how much can I sell it for? Will it sell for more money live or defused? Any offers?

You can look up what 12 lbs. cannonballs have sold for on Ebay for comparison and I'm pretty sure it is worth more diffused unless you have a local collector who wants it real bad, I don't think the average Joe can ship live cannonballs. Be careful with that thing.

Live cannonball needs to be diffused by a professional. Once it is, a union cannonball that size is worth around $150 ; just a fair guesstimate depending on the skin. Why sell it.??? Keep it. CCH

I will have to check, it's in the middle of a corn field until it gets defussed
