the higher you turn up descrimination? I am hunting with a Tejon, and I use the normal nickel (1st disc.)and zinc (2nd disc.) settings. Has anyone done any in the field tests? Thanks.

Do some air tests. Those results will be the MINIMUM loss your unit will have.

The loss will depend on the ground conditions. The higher the mineralization, the higher the loss.
