I ordered a NOX 800 from Windy City Detectors but I order most Minelabs since the BBS days and try them out and then sell them if they don't do what I need them to do. Right now the CTX does what I need it to so that one stays and is the first one I always grab but I could use fast recovery for a lot of New England trash sites so the NOX is going to get a test to see if it is what I need for those sites.
Well I guess I test others out too like the V3I ETC ETC but most Detectors are just the same old thing in new skins so I don't bother with those anymore.

Well, I would tell you mine, but its too late. Most dealers have already stopped taking preorders because the response was so large they cant handle any more. As for no money down, smellyco was the only company I know of that was requiring money. Everyone else is waiting for them to ship before demanding payment.

. Not yet but my dealer is going to give me a package cost once he gets the pricing from Minelab. I just told him what I wanted so that he could work up a price when the pricing becomes available.

I preordered an 800 from my local dealer a few days after the release announcement back in mid-September. I also paid in full at that time. Hopefully, paying up front will increase my chances of getting one of the units in the first batch.

If anybody knows anything about the price or other details on the optional coils, please share!

I heard the list price is the best price we’re gonna see. Haven’t heard price of coils yet profind 15 $99
Profind 35 $120. That’s what I heard.
