So lets talk about detectors....I have 15(sure seems like lot of posts are getting deleted lately?)...so how many do you have?(sure seems like lot of posts are getting deleted lately?).How many coils do you have for each one?(sure seems like lot of posts are getting deleted lately?).Do you have rods for each one or do you change each time....does that wear the rod out faster?(sure seems like lot of posts are getting deleted lately?). I was wondering isn"t a forum suppose to be fun to use? I know there is a lot of information on here and this is a great forum.....when you meet people on here you feel like they are your friends. So you post some wild stuff sometimes...I just wish ..who ever removes the post would be a little more lenient.

Well to my eye many recent posts regarding detectors used/quantity etc. are bordering on frivolous as the same question is being asked five different ways. And each time one is posted it creates a fertile situation for detector wars to start, the old Ford vs Chevy. It's possible that some of the replies have gone over the line while you're not on the forum and are being removed. There are several admins that patrol all of the forums, and any one of them may make a judgment call that things are getting out of hand and remove a post/thread. Lenient to one admin may not be lenient to another.:geek:

Mascard1,

There could be a bit more leniency from the administrators.

We in turn would like to see a little more common sense used in the posting. If this was followed there would be far less deletion's. :clapping:

would it not help if the one deleting a post would send a pm to the poster explaining why.
