How good is the new Whites PI Dual Field??

Hello fellow treasure hunters I wanted to find out how good is the new Whites PI Dual Field working? I have been waiting a long time for a newer PI machine, something that can go deeper than the Surfmaster PI. Anyone out there using one with good success I would love to hear your feedback about this machine. Should I be retiring my Surfmaster PI and get this newer version? Hope to hear some good responses!! Aloha:bouncy:

You got PI or PI PRO? If PI PRO and it is weighted coil - keep it. DF is good, but not a major breakthrough. An improvement over PI PRO I`d say. Both are very good and very close call. An inch deeper maybe. I cannot find nothing in places where I already hunted with PI PRO. Just a personal opinion based on about 100 hours use on each of them. Disclaimer.

but two other guys LOVE it.. much better than the Agua Sound, and the P.I. Pro, they say. I've only been out twice with mine, and it is heavier than my non-weighted P.I. Pro, which gets coins 14" or more.

I'll give it a little more depth than the PI PRO I give it a couple extra inches and any improvement there is good... it gives you a better idea when you are over a bottlecap than the PI PRO did now at least for me it sounds like big iron... bobbiepins are a double blip... I set my gain at 3 o'clock its a little noisy but what PI cranked up isn't? :)

I have found 17 rings in 5 outings with it, my PI PRO is retired because the DC covers more ground another plus... I leave the pulse delay at factory settings...

A hunting partner who uses a Surfmaster PI was hunting a small patch of wet sand so I decided to hunt it after he did and he was surprised the deep silver coins I was finding that his Surfmaster couldn't see...
