How good is the 11" DD coil on the F-70 ??..

Ah sho is gonna fine out-ah gah 1 ah cummin!!!------"Hearsay"--better seperation, better depth, better coverage, SHOULD handle mineralized ground better.----What else somebody??---What's that coil going to do to the steel bottle cap problem???-----The concentric coil on my F70 handles steel bottle caps pretty decently.----The best test is your own test--can't wait to get that DD.------Del

It only gets better depth in "problem" areas..like extreme trash or highly mineralized soils. In your average park site the concentric will get better depth. Bottle caps on either machine arent a probelm at all in monotone, 2f or BC mode.Crown Caps give a different response than a coin will...and sweep speed variations and subtle audio differences wil give them away.
I consider a 11" DD an essential coil for both machines.......but the 9" concentric has its place!! Streak!
