How do you capture the exchange 2 screen shots for printing or posting. An example is this post from Digger http://www.findmall.com/read.php?87,1734116,1734116#msg-1734116
 
It looks as though he is using the snipping tool (windows) or screen shot shortcut (mac). If you are on a windows machine look in your accessories for the snipping tool - looks like a little pair of scissors.
 
The snipping tool works or press the alt and prt sc button at the same time. This copies the screen image. Then you can right click and paste it to an email, paint and some other programs. You might try both ways to see which works better for you.....
 
Once I have an image that I want to copy, I just hit the PRINT SCREEN button. Then open PAINT (which I have added to my lower Task Bar). After paint is open I hit PASTE, and then crop or do any changes to the image, and then SAVE AS. There are several options as to file types, etc, for saving.....HH
