the GT, Explorer II, and SE (SEPro)?

I just purchased a XS with the last update installed.

I'm curious how it compares to the other top Minelabs (not just in depth).

Any comments?

good question I want to know the answer as well.I have a original XS and didn't know anything about Updates? how does that work? do I send it back for an update?

Check with Larry who is the moderator for the DFX forum.

I bought his XS but it hasn't arrived yet.

All I know is there are updates and they say we need the latest.

Below is the Lost Treasure Magazine field test website for Minelabs. You'll see each year the Explorers were field tested and they mention the differences. In my opinion I didn't much difference in depth between the XS, Explorer 2, or the SE.
