How do you post a photo on the forum???

I've tried to post photos on some of the forums before, but my photos are too big. Most of them are around 2 MB. I plan on installing a program to make them smaller. All I really want to know is how to get the photos on the forum once I've made them smaller. Isn't it as simple as copying and pasting???

Any help would be much appreciated.

Roscue...First I click on all programs and click on paint. Click on file then click on open. Chose pic you want to upload and click on it. Then chose Image and then click on Resize and skew. Reduce Horizontal by 60% and Verical by 60%. Click ok and save image to desktop. When you post a message go to Upload file, brouise and chick on desktop, fine your saved pic and click on it. It will load then cleck Post message. Hope this helps. TomB
