Hey everybody - I finally got my new Tesoro metal detector today!!!

I'm anxious to see how deep it goes and how well it discriminates out the trash.

It has the right tones, that's for sure, and although it's pretty heavy to lug around, I have been known to swing similar machines all day.

And..... I think the battery compartment is in that little red thing up on the handle. Strange.

Ahhh....several interests...its great.....going detecting..hunting..fishing..golfing..bowling every day when just doing one its becomes a job...For what its worth musicians usually have a keen ear and learn what the detector is telling them...but for all we know may be the wifes...
PS: also love some of the comebacks especially the dueling banjo's.......
