How Do I Retune my machine??

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to retune , or fix the discriminator on my Whites Liberty II ? I got this detector for almost nothing because the detector seems to have lost its discrimination. I set it at max disc. and still pick up all metals? I was wanting to use this unit as a test bunny to learn more about the internals of a detector. Any ideas or tips would be much appreciated.

Figured it out . The pinpoint switch is faulty , stuck in all metal mode.
