How do i photo resolution and file size smaller??

There are a number of free photo editing softwares out there. Do a Search for one. Depending on what operating system you have on your computer, you may already have something that will do the trick.

You can do it in Microsoft paint. Go to google.com and type in "resize a picture using paint" You should see those exact words towards the top of the list, click on it and it will take you to a video on the Microsoft website that will walk you through it. It`s easy! Don`t bother with gimp....it sux. This link may work http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/resize-a-picture-using-paint

I have one computer with Windows XP,,, and with a stored picture, I do a right click on the picture, to email it to my self
it brings up a window, that asks if I want to,, "make all my pictures smaller" or "keep the original sizes",,,I use the smaller size,,
to me its faster than going into my Paint shop pro program....

Irfanview is a good freebie viewer (pc) that does basic editing, and many of us upload our photos to photobucket.com which also has basic tools. I use photobucket to take the load off findmall's servers, and if someone wants to browse through all my find photos, they can do so. If you go the photobucket route, you just copy the "Image Code" URL for the photo and 'paste' it into your forum post where you want it.

I agree . That is how I been doing it . E-mail picture to myself works great. Save picture to file use that picture to down load.

I use my phone. You can resize it on most phones.
