How do I get that red "S" thing to appear on Subj line for N/T posts? How do I put smilies on Subj line? How do I order a copy of "Posting Tric

You must be talking about the n/t symbol.......just don't put anything in the text block.

You can click on the smilie box and click the smilies . It shows how they are "spelled". Leave a space before and after.

Guv don't want them in the subject line, as it makes things slow for those on dial up service.

However, in your BARAAAHAAAA post with n/t there is a red "S" character in a box at the end of uour Subj line. This is too  Lets go have a :buds: and lower the flag.

I always do a preview - bad eyes , bad posts. I wanted to get the red thingy because I saw that viewers must be looking at Subj line post then going to look for text when there wasnt any. The red thingy says there is no text. If you says its a circle with an x, works for me. Thanks for showing me the way to go. Hunker down until spring. DISC ME OUT Don
