What is the best & easiest way to get pictures on the Forums. I am trying out the WS_FTP but I can not get it to work.

WS_FTP and CuteFTP require you to have some web space and to know where it is at. I haven't used WS_FTP in a few years but I think it was pretty simple. Try CuteFTP and see if that is a little more straightforward for you.
You need to know your actual site address URL to use either one. Contact you provider and ask him. As an example of a guy using your sign on name on a site named intop.com like yours a typical setup would be to put your files in the following location. "ftp.intop.net/~valleyz" or "www.intop.net/~valleyz" might be the way. One of those two could work. The tilde "~" is often used where there are a lot of users.
Get back to us and tell us the error your getting.

You can also use the web site PhotoPoint to upload images.
At the top of the screen is where the upload is. Browse for your jpeg image and upload. Keep clicking on your image until its all by its self and right click on the address and cut. At the forum you want to post to, go to Optional Image URL, right click and paste. Delete the extra http://
