how do I contact Dilek?

dilek@notkadetectors.com

I got Cavit in my Whatsapp list. Sent me a new coil from Turkey within 48 hours when i first had Racer. Top man, top company ;-)

I need a whole new gold racer the one I got from BBBH just died after 3 minutes of use ,also when I took it out of the box the screen has pretty deep scatch in it,NOT HAPPY

I would have BBH send you another one if bought brand new with paid return slip. If not get your money back. I know a lot of dealers that check them before leaving there door. I am sure BBH will make it right. GS

Seems like their quality control Stinks but Dilek comes to the rescue right away
when a problem arises just to make things right being a new foreign company.
They ought to throw in a free RED RACER your way also for the major inconvenience
but we know that will never happen. Best of Luck to you and your replaced unit.
If it were me I'd want my Money back and Buy what's proven out there....

Re the scratch, are you sure it wasn't just on the protective film, and not on the actual screen surface?
