How do I claim my Find of the Month prize from Minelab???

I submitted a "success story" to Minelab's website about a month ago, and found out today when I checked back that it was voted the "Find of the Month" for February 2015. The thing is, I never received any notification about it....anybody know how I go about claiming my voucher for winning the contest?

just click on the conact us link on the minelab website and send them an e-mail

Did that, but their only email links are for the service department (i.e. Fixing broken things) and consumer products (i.e. I have a question about my metal detector) so neither of those appear to be the right place....although I did try it.
