How could a poor old man like me do something like that:shrug:

tabdog

lOOk at this! Don't this look like a crime or what?

I don't Know what happened:shrug:

It's more like a wish list than a well thought out battery of machines.

How can a old far+ like be so lucky. There's only a few selections missing here. I never thought I would get this far, now I have a ton of exploring to do with these fine specimens.

I'm sorry to boast. But I just feel so lucky that I ought to feel guilty about something. May be that would be the hole in my pocket book.

How could you resist these cut little critters? See how they wag their little coils. Isn't that cute?:wiggle:

Best Wishes,

A stable of detectors is what this looks like.

Some fellas have stables of horses, some of cars, some of shoes.

The only one you're missing; I can't think of one.

We know you use them all, life is too short, enjoy yourself.

Cheers,

David at Edmonton

Apparently you belong to the same school I do. The "if one is worth having, more is better" school of thought. I have an Eldorado, 2 Silver Sabre umax (one for the wife) an MXT and a Classic III. Did have a Garrett 1250 and a Compadre at one time as well. If the right combination comes along at the right price, I may end up with another one or two. Especially if compatible with the many coils I have.
Happy holidays and dig deep,
Bill

I did notice some wag their tails to the right, and some to the left.
Seems to balance out in the end, though...

Maybe they are mated pairs?

Wow, thats really nice tabdog. I was feeling lucky to just get my second machine. I dont have any Tesoros, 2 Whites,a M6 and XL Pro. I dont know what you would feel guilty about unless your kids dont have any shoes or somethin, then maybe a little remorse would work, but dont dwell on it to long.
But for now, those two are all I need. Do you have a favorite out of those, or one you feel more confident in??
Is that a bed they are sitting on, "their on bed??"lol
Merry Christmas,
John

Ha John,

Yea That's my bed, they jump up on my bed and wag their little coils. Sometimes I just don't have the hart to kick them off on the floor.lol

Their begging to go out and play. I don't have enough arms to pet them all at the same time.lol

I haven't tried the Eldorado yet. It is a new addition to the pack.

My favorite is the Euro Sabre. The Euro can root out those hard to find targets in congested areas, and it's a great relic hunter. But the Silver is a very good machine to hunt with. It even goes deeper than the Euro Sabre in my opinion. It's a park hound. Their both very good coin and jewelry hunters.

If my boy's get hungry, they can drive their car to the store and buy what they need. I do have other things I could spend the money on. But I don't know of anything that benefits me as much. I don't drink or gamble. I'm wore out on wild women and I want to explore and have fun with these machines.

That's my idea of fun,

I hear ya tabdog. My wife broke me off wild women years ago,lol and the kids are grown and gone. Its grandkids now.
I seen a Euro on EB about a month or so back and started to bid on it but didnt think it wise to do so at the time. Wifes dont understand.
Well you get those dogs out to exercise before they get lazy. I just picked the hobby up, hunted a bit years back with my dad.
Well, Good luck,
HH and
Merry Christmas
John

I too am back into metal detecting after a long layoff. I've heard the M6 is very sensitive and informative. I can't get away form the light weight of the uMax style of detector. I am satisfied with their performance also. I really like the way they wag their little tails. and they're interchangeable.

I tried to put these pups to bed but they are not cooperating.

I found these pups two months ago with a Cibola that I sold. I should have kept it. It was very good at finding puppies. I grabbed my Cibola one morning and before I could get out the door, lOOk what I found!!! Not a bad find. I've already sold 3 @ $400 each. That's where I got the money for my Eldorado.

One of these guys is the papa but no one's talking.

I think that Bodie's special skills may tell the truth.
