How cool is this.

Two weeks ago my trusty Whites bulleyes started to act up a bit, probably from overuse :detecting:. So I sent it into Whites to get repaired, well 7 days later I receive a box from Whites. They did not repair my old bulleye, but sent me a new Bullseye II, the receipt stating they did not have the parts for the older bulleye "so we are replacing it with a new one." This is why I have been using Whites for over 25 years, no other company compares to their customer service and products. Thanks again Whites.

After reading this, I think I will send them my 2 year old Bullseye II that only worked for about 6 weeks.

Thanks for the post.

Have fun, Bob

John, my Bullseye seems to be doing weird things, just wondering, what was yours doing that made you send it in for repairs? How long have you had it? I purchased an MXT in August and as part of a promotion was supposed to get a Bullseye II from the dealer. I had to print a copy of the internet special and then they gave me a blue Bullseye etc.
Being new to the hobby, I did not know there were different models of the pin-pointer until my sister went out and just purchased one to go with her XLT.

I use the pin-pointer all the time and the tip is getting worn...on one side, wonder if that is the problem but also when I hold on the button to pin point the sound changes tones and sometimes goes off when there is nothing metal near it. Your input will be appreciated !!!
