How Can You Tell If The Coil Is V Rated?

The Serial number on one of the tabs will start with the letter V.

OK what is V rated? I have a V3i does this mean that coil will work on my Machine?

I am already thinking about a smaller Coil than Factory maybe 6X4

Yes , it was built for the VRi and the VX3 but will work on the MXT's ,MX5 and M6 . I use a V-rated 4x6 on my M6 . It works well for me in extremely trashy spots .
