How bout a repost of my first Fisher Excel find :) (Sep 2004)

This was found with my Fisher Excel ID. :)
It was one of those no cleaning required from white sugar sand coins.

Nice find Don,

Large cents are a rare find here in California, People preferred to carry smaller coinage "1/2 dimes, dimes, quarters...etc" even some half's and a few early silver rounds. We have a much better chance of finding an early bust half over a large cent, The larger One Cent pieces were too big to carry during the pioneers journey to the west.

Beautiful find Don, That deserves to be on a Fisher ad.
