There are many ways to get permission to do house yards. Talk up your hobby to everyone you meet. One of my favorites to "break the ice" is yard sales or garage sales! Most any excuse you can get to talk to the folks outdoors in the yard!

I found this Saturday Morning! Only old coin so far but a "good-un!"
