Hotshot coil by Jimmy Sierra?

New member
Hi

I wonder why there is no a lot of info about this coil on the forum, so I decided to open a thread. I heard they are not being produced anymore and would be easier to be found second-hand than new

So, have anyone used them? how was your experience with it? and how can be compared with other coils like the super 12?

Cheers!

I had one ( Hot Shot ) each year that I went up to Ganes Creek Ak for the Gold, Did great, but its very easy to break the seals around the coil. With all the rocks up there , it was hard not to hit rocks. The Super 12 coil is a lot better for rough areas. I have the Super 12 now. Hope this helps----------
