Hot weekend finds.

Went out to detect a 200 year old resort this hot weekend. It was a hot one indeed. Got permission to detect a 145 year old horse track that I will do this fall went vegetation settles down some and also the ticks. I got covered with them while looking it over. Here are my finds. Hold on. LOL

Wow! That's some great silver. In NJ, tick season is May, June, and July.

Wow! these have been some good finds! :clapping: many and beautiful silver coins, sorry no understanding of the value of different years, models and mints ... but only with the Spanish coins, I have enough to study ...
thanks for sharing

I wish ours was that short. I think I started seeing them late March. Might be gone by October. So far I have picked around 20 off me. yuck

Very nice finds. What's the writing details on the token ?

It says. A Dream highway extending 160 miles of streamline concrete tunneling under mountains. Pennsylvania Super Highway

Camb, it's been a long time since I've seen any of your post and it looks like your still finding the good stuff, WTG on the old silver. I hope the old track pays off good for you this fall.

Thanks Mark. A lot of my buddies have pretty much stopped detecting the past year. I have slowed a little, but research has been paying off for me. Have done a lot of knocking on doors to get permission to detect those sites. Thanks again and HH.
