Hi Everyone!
Had another great weekend detecting what we call the "gravel road woods"
As I said last weekend, the place keeps giving up the silva! Kinda like popping "Jolly Time" popcorn in the microwave. Silva keeps popping up everywhere without the bag 
I have never hunted a place quite like this before. Came close a few years ago though, but this new place is detectorist paradise 
.
Got down there Saturday morning bright and early and the weather was perfect. Began detecting and soon found a merc almost right away. Then a rosie, then another merc. I kept on digging dime after dime until I hit the motherload. Another Franklin half! Man o man it doesn't get any better than that unless you find a '16D merc!

The Franklin makes my fifth half in this area in less than two months and the 21st half found to date!

By the time Lawrence arrived, he couldn't believe I found another half. I could tell he was on the disbelief side, but at the same time, a little frustrated

Today, I went out again, but this time my silver streak ran a little low
My lone '41 merc was the only silva for the day

Finds cleaned up. I found the unknown dated buffalo as well on Saturday too!
