First hunt of the year yields GOLD & DIAMONDS:hot:

About 10 min. into my first hunt of the year I pulled this beauty out. Marked .585 (14KT gold) with 2 rows of 5 diamonds. Uh, that would be 15 DIAMONDS. I will take it in Friday for an appraisal. I was hunting the grass area of a park. I also found a 1952 Wheat and the regular clad. The last day of the year ended with 2 silver rings, the first day of the year started with gold, diamonds and a 1952 wheatie. It doesn

Here is a picture of all the treasure I found today. I was so excited to get the "best find" up I forgot the rest. I found 40 coins for $5.43.

How much does it weigh? If I was guessing I'd say 5-6 grams.

Did some looking on QVC. Saw one just like it. Gold ring, CUBIC stones........:rofl:

Here is a picture of what I was doing today. That's my ride (yes I worked today, by choice) sitting in front of the VA Hospital while taking a break. As you can see, there is white stuff on the ground. Under that, about 4 maybe more inches of FROZEN GROUND!!:rage: Now you know why I can't find the rings I'm so famous for.....:surrender:

Very nice find bud. Did that entice momma to get out there and hunt or did she just latch onto the ring? :) You got your year of to a rip roaring start.
