General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I have bought 3 detectors from Richard in the last couple of months....and I gotta boycott him or go broke. :thumbdown: So Richard....I am making a vow, to not buy any more detectors ((whisper)) (this year anyway)....its also for my own health as well. The wife is going to string me up, then draw and quarter me if I spend any more money with you. :sadwalk: Sorry guy....you are gonna just have to get the others here to spend money with you. :crylol: But ...it aint gonna be hard. :detecting: You give just too good a deal and too good a service and they would be foolish to go elsewhere.

All I got to say further, is to say thanks. Thanks for helping me out like you did, and thanks for being the type of dealer that goes above and beyond in taking care of your customers. You treat people like people and not just a number or a walking dollar sign. You are one in a million. :clapping:

years with my little honey.... just make sure that when you buy yourself a detector that you respond with a nice dinner, flowers, ....She will know what is going on but it lessens the verbal:starwars: tangent.....(she won't fuss as much) Better yet, put you foot down and tell her :stretcher:who wears the pants in your family..... Nice knowing you...Richard
 
Hey Richard.....its all in fun, my friend. My wife lives like a queen, and she knows it. Her only REAL comment was to ask if this last one is going to keep me happy for a while? I have one of those rare wives that goes along with whatever wild hair and idea I come up with....as long as it doesnt indanger the roof over our heads or groceries on the table. Other than that, she doesnt object to anything. Reason being, until the kids were finally grown, I spent what extra money we had on her and the kids. I went without for the most part. And on the rare occasions that I got something that cost money, like my first soveriegn, it was usually because of her socking money away so she could buy it for me. Because she knew, if things got tight, I would....and did....sell that sovereign to put food on the table.

I make jokes about her getting mad, or going to string me up for buying something, but in truth, I have one of those wives that most guys would give their eye teeth for. I consider myself to be the luckiest guy alive. She treats me like a king....but to achieve that, I treated her better than a queen.. We have been married now for 31 years. I am sure you know what I mean when I say that we made it this long because we each gave 120 percent to the other. Have things been perfect, NO, nothing ever is. But when Iook back on the last 30 years, I have alot of very happy memories. With more happy memories to look forward to.
