Here is the new tool called a Tele Culti-Hoe from Black and Decker

Rake type tines on one side and small hoe type head on the other - and can be extended. Will come in handy as a digging tool for relics and also if need be something to help these poor legs/knee get me back up to an upright position after kneeling.

Really do want to get out but that will depend on how Sherry is feeling. She says she is no better than she was 8 days ago - been taking an antibiotic for all this time and have 2 days of it left. By now she should have felt better.. Leelan has been sick too. We have been watching him lately - which we love. So thinking if Sherry is not up to watching Leelan I may have to postpone a detecting trip for another day..

There is an old school from about the 30s here. Lots of people have detected the school ground but few know where the ball field is. I have shared it with warthog and with one of the guys who are part of the local jail system (the one who bought the GTAx 1250 from me - dang I miss that detector). We have all pulled silver out of there, a few tokens, and other things - lots of iron. Hoping the DD coil and the IRON rejections on the ACE 350 will find less iron and more nickels and silver. Also found some gold there - a heart shaped locket. So looking forward to going over it with the new detector.
