Used the GTI with the sniper coil today
at a local ball park Ive hunted a lot ...

EVERY and I mean EVERY target
read as 1 inch depth...

I aint that smart but sumthin dont seem right

even the solid belltones showed 1 inch and i found ZIP ZERO NADA
ZILCH.. and THEN the storm hit ...all in all a FUN day

The Sniper reads depth different than the stock coil - about half the number the stock coil will indicate.

did you also go back and reset your machine when u changed coils

this was an idea put forward a few months ago and i have found on my GTP 1350 that if i swap to the sniper coil it does not always profile and the depth is always showing as 1" on all targets,, but if i reset it seems to do every thing correctly so now i do a reset every time i change coils
