great holiday weekend. Got out a few times when the rain stayed away last week. Total was 43 quarters, 23 dimes,4 nickels, and 30 pennies. Got one Japenese coin, 1 aluminum play money piece. Got a Kennedy half 1971 and a earring stud that is a CZ. Did get a 1927 P Wheatie and a 1946 D also. A group of us went for a nice ride on Saturday. Traffic was not as bad as Ithought it might be on a holiday weekend.
I'll be heading for Michigan tomorrow morning and be there through Sunday then off to Ohio to visit my sister for a week. Hoping Mike will be able to get a day off so we can get some water hunting in. Haven't been in the water yet and been a long time since I have gotten any gold. Still looking for that BIG one.
