Hoof pick?

I believe this is a hoof pick.
It is handforged. One prong is hammered to a 4 sided point, the other is flattened in the shape of a standard screwdriver. The handle is 4".

Looks very similar in style to a CSA hoof pic (below), however the proportions of the handle to the prongs appears different and handle is round instead of flattened as is the pic. Possibly British?

Any ideas as to age and origin?
