No time to hunt over the weekend, but did a marathon hunt starting at sunup this morning. Seven hours later had a pocket full of coin, couple earrings ( one 925 ),.... cheap, but impressive watch....cheap because it's made in China and looks like a chronograph, but with nonfunctional dials. It's impressive because it was neck deep, several inches down, obviously been there awhile and it's still working. This is my third watch this year. Only got one last year.

First class ring this year 10k,17.4g from a local school, but the initials inside are worn so much that only one can be made out. It's a 1973, so I might of played ball with the guy since are schools were big rivals. We were the Pirates, how fitting lol, they were the Rebels...the stone has a confederate flag in it. Will work on trying to find the owner. I know a lot of people from that school.

Second ring is a 10k 4.2g band that sure had me thinking stainless at first...so shiny!!

After cleaning the back off, it's a Fossil watch. It sells from $20 to $75 new. Still have to give it credit for still working.
Got a couple of people looking for the class ring owner using the school Facebook page. It should belong to someone that's still a local and played sports as depicted on the side of the ring.
Thanks All....

With the help of a couple of gals that graduated from the school and social media (Facebook), Steve, the only initial that I could make out was an S, has been reunited with his lost Class Ring. He just came by this evening after we talked on the phone this afternoon. The ring was lost over the Memorial Day weekend when he and his family members were spending the holiday at a time share on the beach. Steve said he knew he should not have been wearing it out in the water and even worse while wrestling around with grandkids. He didn't realize it was gone right away, but knew it was lost in the water. He thought it was in deep water, but he's a good foot shorter than me and it must of been high tide because I got it in waist deep. The ring was lost on Sunday and found eight days later. Glad to help a fellow local Native out. I got a nice gift card to Outback Steakhouse as a thank-you. GL ALL
