Honey Moon ????? Me ???............................

Hehehe,Well,We are just starting to plan a trip for our 50th honey moon.I told Betty to pick a place in the world she wanted to go too for our 50th anniversary.She did,Yep,Picked New York City.So now we are making plans to go.We are looking at driving to a hotel(Melford Plaza,Manhattan area)) in NY and not drive in NY,We will take cabs or the subway to go where she want to go.She want to see a Broadway show,Macy's and all the New York stuff.Our anniversary is going to be July 27,2007,But we will have out anniversary party on the 15th of July,Some of the family will not be able to make it on the 27th.Heck it don't make me any difference.Betty will tell me what I want hehehe

This is the plans,Drive to NY,Then to Lancaster,Pennsylvania for a few days,Then to DC.A few days there,Then to Williamsburg,Virginia,Then to Gatlinburg,Tenn.Then back to Cajun country(home).

I'm sure glad she want to stay in the US.hehehe.She talk a lot about Amsterdam and Rome area.It will be fun just putting this trip together.I will have my Green Thing with me.Any body know a place I can M/D on this trip ???

Good Broadway play tickets are in excess of $100 a piece! And then there is the shopping!........if you moan about Vegas.......be prepared to moan even more about NYC. And if you want to go to a great casino, come on up the street in Connecticut(about 2&1/2 hours from NYC but you can also catch a bus)......we've got 2 great ones that pay a heck of a lot better than Vegas. Do not consider Atlantic City.........cooties!!

Lancaster is beautiful.....go on an empty stomach......they've got some great cookin' goin' on there. Be sure to go to Miller's and Good 'n' Plenty buffets......great food.

DC and Williamsburg are nice too......bring your detector and head over to Virginia Beach while you are in the vicintiy.
