Homework?

Man, I have just been using Mapquest, and searching for schools, parks, and ball diamonds using the Satelite view. then, I pop it over to streets, to find where its at, and organize a route to hit the most, the fastest.

I use the google map satelite pictures to zoom into abandoned houses etc etc. And t see features of land etc only visable fro air. For eample I detect a park that has a old raise track on it only visable from air shws up on satlelite 3D images.Great way to show where to hunt.

Yes, thats the one I use also, you can also do a street view (really cool), that I find very helpful sometimes, saves on gas and beats driving around all the time :)

I use the map to find two or three places to hunt in one area, so if one place fails, I have a backup place to hunt :detecting: and then driving there I sometimes find even another place.

I also make a List places
when when I read books, News Paper, TV, Events thats been around for along time, and the internet has non stop places to check out.

I put this list on my I-Phone when I driving around I can pull up a map it it takes right there.

TB, try using this site if you haven't found it yet. mapping website. You'll need to download the silverline thing but that only takes a second. That site is my favorite. My county has a site that lets you zoom in and click on a property and see the owners name. This way when you knock on the door you will know there name. Also, check out the mapping forum, alot of info there. The guy who moderates it is great.
