Homemade plugger

that looks awesome i would actualy buy one of those, now one stupid question the handle in the middle of the t what does that actually do?

It's screwed onto the shaft and at the end of the shaft there's a 3" diameter disc to push the plug out. So when you get your semi moist dirt, flip the thing over knob to the ground and push down and the plug will pop out.

Real good job. For hard ground you could put foot steps on it. To push down harder.

I bought a new factory made very long handled "bulb planter" with built in plug ejector on it but I have never tried it yet. Did anyone every try one of these and did it work ??

It has a matching digger too, weight abt 20 ounces kinda heavy for a digger, just under 12" long, 2" wide blade, comfortable to use though

Hadn't thought much abt it recently, I kinda just threw out there on another forum asking if anyone might be interested and I couldn't believe the negative response I got from one particular member, so I hadn't pushed it much, and there are no welds on it so folks were kinda questioning that.

Well what was is gripe about not green enough for him or something, I dont know you feel about these envirementalists but they really irk the heck out of me, but far as your digger looks rugged and sturdy to me and i rather support you than digger made in china that's for sure i believe in american quality, just like tesoro!
