Home Grown Tomatos

Lots of bad things happening in these parts due to all the rain we have had this year....but one good thing-it has been perfect for tomatoes so far. Here is a pic of some of the 40 or so plants we have out. The wood stakes they are tied to are over 6 feet tall. We should start getting some ripe ones in a couple of weeks. We also are growing peppers, cucumbers, squash, and watermelons

at the bottom of the hole before you fill it in with soil. This will prevent much of the disease. If it gets too hot and too much sun, you need to put up some type of net covering to keep the Tomatos from cracking. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)

Your crop looks good! We will probably grow some container Tomatos next year. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)
