Home Depot...I strongly dislike that place

Every time I go there, I can never find one of the apron wearing MacDonald rejects in the dept. I need them and if, on the rare occasions I do see one, they ignore me. Now, I realize that I am not making a major purchase when I need to ask a question, as I have already decide on what I am going to get through an excessive amount of research. Today all I wanted was 1 12x12 unglazed ceramic tile, cost $.87, first apron wearer I found didn't know what was glazed or not, as it wasn't his dept, but he would send some body over. 10 mins go by, no one comes. I spent the 10 mins trying to read various boxes. I saw many glazed, but could not find any that said unglazed, so I went looking for somebody. I found the same apron wearer I talked to ealier, talking to another apron wearer about NASCAR. I ask the first Mickey D reject if he had found any one from the flooring dept and got the deer in the headlight stare, then "uh, no, but I'll get some one right over" . "Don't bother", I said, "I'll just head over to Lowes". Silence.

Next time I just have to go there (The day before pigs fly), I will take a cart and fill it up with tools, get maybe $2,000 worth of stuff in the cart, then go to the dept. where I need some info and see what happens then. Think they would treat me different then?

... hoping they would get the stocking done and know enough English to help a few customers "by accident".
