I had a chance to get out this afternoon even though the temp was 88, we had a nice breeze so it was bearable. Nancy and I got permission to hunt a house that was abandoned and condemned but it had a nice sized yard. It was pretty obvious some kids were living there once upon a time from all of the cars that were found but the yard was full of coins to find as well..... Besides the clad I found four more Indians, that is ten Indians in just a week and a half that I have owned the CTX. I think that is close to what I found all of last year. Nine wheats, two silvers and a strange button stud above the silver. It is in Spanish front and back but has a date on the back of 1868, it was once gold gilt.
Once again, the more I use the CTX, the more impressed I get. Some of the Indians were 9 inches deep and in our ground, that is a deep target
