Nice stuff BH... Looks like it was alot calmer up your way than here..

so hows the summer been to you? any pine tree shillings? Spanish silvers?? from that sweet little spot you got?? I hope so!! yes I can't wait for a storm!! beaches stayed pretty sanded in this summer...I did find sweet hole at Hampton in about chest deep water at low tide..I got a bunch of loot out of...few silver coins, wheaties, buffalos, even a silver 1/2!! lot of jewlery too..hole stayed there for a few days then filled in:cry:! Well I hope we find a patch like the one we got after that spring storm!! that was one of the sweetest silver coin patches ever..heavy gold too!! keep in touch!! good hunting!!

Unfortunately no Tree's and no Spanish Silver since that 2 Reale Find. So far it has been the Summer of Large Cents... I've found 14 of them this year. Oldest 1798- Newest 1851.

Couple of Seated Dimes, King George II, III, and my first Conncecticut Copper. Indians, Merc's etc. I will find a Pine Tree one of these days!

Can't wait for the crowds to leave the beaches and the sand to start moving. That Spring Storm was a blast! Hope to get a few of them this year.

[size=medium]Was this at the "Reservation" or the regular beach side by the pavillion?
